Music Meditation Night / Kirtan Meditation
Relieve yourself from stress and worry; experience inner peace and happiness from within by engaging in a regular practice of music meditation, also known as "kirtan".
Kirtan meditation or music meditation is one of the most enjoyable practices of meditation as it is done preferably in a group, and in a call and response style, with or without musical instruments. It also does not require any previous experience so it is the mediation practice for EVERYONE.
